Terms of Use
These terms apply to the website at meowwa.com and to the form on it. They are short because the site does one thing: it describes an internal alpha and lets you ask to see it. Nothing is sold here and no money moves.
1. The agreement
By using this website or submitting the form you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. MeowWa is a project name, not a registered company. The site is run by its founder as an individual.In these terms, “we” means that person. Contact: danielni0418@outlook.com. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site describes
MeowWa is an internal alpha. The website describes software that is being built and tested, not a product you can buy or download from this page. In particular:
- every transaction shown or linked on this site was made on a test network with test USDC, which has no monetary value;
- no real funds, cards, or wallets are connected through this site;
- features, networks, prices, and timelines described here are plans and may change or never ship;
- joining the waitlist or requesting a demo creates no obligation on either side. We may open, limit, or close access at our discretion.
3. Not advice, not a diagnosis
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, veterinary, or medical advice. MeowWa does not literally translate animals and does not diagnose any condition. Any interpretation it offers is an estimate of a likely need. If your pet may be unwell or in distress, contact a veterinarian.
4. No offer of tokens or securities
This site is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any token, cryptocurrency, security, or other financial instrument, in any jurisdiction. MeowWa has no token. References to networks and assets describe how the software settles test transactions, nothing more.
5. Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old to submit the form. By submitting it you confirm that you are, that the details you give are your own or you have permission to share them, and that you are not using the form to send us anyone else’s personal data without their consent.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit the form repeatedly, automatically, or with false details;
- attempt to interfere with the site, its server, or its form;
- scrape, copy, or republish the site other than for personal reference;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may block connections that abuse the form and delete submissions made in breach of these terms.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to Basescan so that you can check on-chain records for yourself. Basescan and any other linked site are run by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
8. Intellectual property
The MeowWa name and logo, the text on this site, the screenshots of the app, and the site’s own code belong to the founder of MeowWa. Open source software used to build the site is used under its own licence. You may view and share links to the site. You may not reproduce its content or use the MeowWa name or logo without our written permission. Screenshots of the app are shown for information and may differ from any released version.
If you send us feedback, including in the form, you allow us to use it to improve MeowWa without any obligation to you, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
9. Purchases and refunds
This website sells nothing and takes no payment. There is no checkout, no subscription, no card entry, and no wallet connection anywhere on meowwa.com. Because nothing is paid, there is nothing to refund. Test USDC used in the alpha has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or withdrawn as money. Test network transfers, including the refund transaction linked from the home page, move tokens with no value between test wallets. They are not refunds to any person, and no one was charged.
If MeowWa begins selling a product, a device, or a subscription, we will publish a refund policy before the first sale. It will honour the consumer rights that apply where you live, including, where they apply, the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
10. No warranty
The site and its content are provided as they are and as available. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that its content is complete or up to date. On-chain records linked from the site are public data that we do not control after they are written.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content, including loss of data, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection rules that apply where you live.
12. Forward-looking statements
Statements about what MeowWa will do, which networks it will support, and when, describe our plans at the time of writing. They are not commitments, and we may change them without notice.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law
These terms do not yet name a governing law or court, because MeowWa is not a registered company. Until they do, the law and courts that apply are the ones the general rules give you, including any mandatory consumer protection where you live. This section will be updated if a company is formed.
